TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Claudia Grace ABN: 65 654 133 270 to you. 

Upon booking a makeup application with Claudia Grace, you agree to the following terms and conditions. 

EVENT BOOKINGS

All makeup appointments are booked via text and require a non-refundable $70 deposit. 

Please note at least 72 hours notice is required to reschedule your booking, otherwise your deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee. 

 

Rescheduling/ Cancelling

 

If for any reason you need to cancel your makeup application, please notify myself and I will reschedule your booking which your deposit will be transferred to your new date. Please note if you don't have a new date at the time, your deposit will be credited to your name, and is required to be used within 6 months.

 

If you are not wanting to reschedule your appointment your deposit will be forfeited.

If you don't provide at least 72 hours notice your deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Payment

All deposits are to be made via bank transfer. Final payments on the day of your booking include eftpos, cash or direct debit. If you would like to pay your final amount via direct debit please note this is required to be made 48 hours prior to your makeup appointment and a payment receipt is to be sent via text message.

Travel

Travel fee is applicable when traveling to any locations outside of my home studio in Thornlands.

Please note I require a minimum of 3-4 makeup applications to come onto location, depending on the requested day of your appointment.

The client is also responsible in the event that any hotel and street parking fees are incurred as a result of the location of the booking.

 

WEDDING BOOKINGS

To secure your wedding date the booking fee is to be paid.  This is a non-refundable fee and will cover the cost of your makeup trial only.

Once a receipt of payment of this deposit has been sent via email, your booking is confirmed. 

Deposits

Booking fee as discussed (non refundable) – covers the cost of makeup trial only

50% due within 1 week after trial

Remaining 50% due week prior to wedding date

*** Payment methods will be discussed via email.

 

Please note that deposits are non refundable and a minimum of 8 weeks notice is required to cancel your booking. If less then 8 weeks notice is given an invoice will be sent out for remaining balance owing. If your booking needs to be rescheduled for any unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will be moved to the future date.

Wedding Makeup Trial

 

Please note your booking fee covers the cost of your wedding trial however if you are wanting to book more than one trial, an additional $120 will be charged.  Wedding trials can be booked on any day of the week. If you are not happy with your makeup trial or I feel I am not the perfect makeup artist for your wedding day, your booking for your wedding can be cancelled.  Please note the booking fee however will not be refunded. 

 

Travel Fee/ Parking

All bookings outside of my home studio will incur a travel fee.

Please note for Monday - Thursday wedding bookings I require minimum 4 makeup applications to come onto location and

Friday & Weekend wedding bookings I require minimum of 5 makeup applications to come onto location.

The client is also responsible in the event that any hotel and street parking fees are incurred as a result of the location of the booking.

 

Changes/ Cancellation

If you need to change your date, your deposit will be transferred to your new date, however if you are wanting to cancel your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.

No reduction in the number of makeup applications are allowed after initial quote is accepted.

 

Any additional numbers, changes in location or timing on the day will be accommodated where possible and charged accordingly.

In the event that you need to postpone your wedding/ photo shoot, your deposit will be transferred to your new date. However if you choose a date I am not available your deposit will be forfeited.

HEALTH & HYGIENE

It is advised to notify myself, prior to any scheduled appointments or trials, of any allergies or skin conditions. This is to guarantee that any reactions are prevented.

 

Ensure to mention any appropriate contagious sicknesses/infections/skin conditions - it could be something as severe as conjunctivitis, or even just a cold sore, rash etc.

Please note that makeup services can not and will not be performed under any circumstances with these conditions.

 

As it is the clients responsibility to warn me about any sensitivities, illnesses or allergies, I will not fall responsible for any reactions that in the unlikely event may possibly occur.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

Claudia Grace requires information on whether the client has allergies. In no event will Claudia Grace have any liability for incidental, or consequential damages however characterised, for example eczema, sensitive skin and eyes.

PHOTOGRAPHS

Claudia Grace reserves the right to take photographic or film records of any of our make-up applications, and may use any such photographs for promotional and/or commercial purposes.
